Hoisin-marinated Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 (4 ounce) boneless center cut lamb chops (about 3/4 inch thick)

Recipe
- 1 combine soy sauce thru garlic in a large zip-top plastic bag; add lamb chops. seal and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
- 2 heat grill to medium high.
- 3 remove lamb from bag; discard marinade. place lamb on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 3 minutes on each side or until cooked thru.
- 4 left overs can be kept int the fridge for up to 2 days, freeze for longer storage.
