Italian Meatballs Like Mother Makes

Ingredients
- Servings: 5
- 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs 
- 1/2 cup milk 
- 1 small shallot 
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves 
- 1 lb ground beef 
- 1 lb ground lamb 
- 2 large eggs 
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder 
- 1 cup parmesan cheese 
-  salt 
-  olive oil 
Recipe
- 1 prepare the meat balls. place breadcrumbs in a large bowl. add milk to moisten set aside. 
- 2 combine shallot and parsley in a food processor. pulse mixture in finely chopped add breadcrumbs, along with beef, lamb eggs, garlic power, and cheese season with salt + pepper using your hands mix well until well combine light coat hand with olive oil roll meat mixture into 1 -inch ball.
