Italian Meat-a-loaf-a

Ingredients
- 2 lbs extra lean ground beef
- 3 mild italian sausage (links, remove casings)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 cup italian breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (you can use regular)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 -3 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh italian parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic (minced)
- 2/3 cup fresh parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients up in a bowl thoroughly. make sure you don't have any clumps from the bread crumbs.
- 2 spray a loaf pan with non stick cooking spray. pack the meatloaf mixture down in the pan.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes or until done.
- 4 top with marinara and fresh mozzarella cheese and serve.
