Italian Meat-a-loaf-a

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs extra lean ground beef
  • 3 mild italian sausage (links, remove casings)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (you can use regular)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 -3 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh italian parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2/3 cup fresh parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients up in a bowl thoroughly. make sure you don't have any clumps from the bread crumbs.
  • 2 spray a loaf pan with non stick cooking spray. pack the meatloaf mixture down in the pan.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes or until done.
  • 4 top with marinara and fresh mozzarella cheese and serve.
