Lemon Tart

Total Time: 1 hr 18 mins Preparation Time: 34 mins Cook Time: 44 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

Recipe
