Ingredients

- 4 extra thick lamb chops (center cut- 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
- 1/2 cup less sodium soy sauce
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 marinate lamb chops in soy sauce at least four hours.
- 2 remove and place on broiler.
- 3 sprinkle pepper on both sides (no salt as soy is quite salty).
- 4 broil until nice and brown (6-8 minutes).
- 5 turn and broil for another 6-8 minutes or until brown.
