Hoisin And Honey Glazed Lamb Chops

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 scallions
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 lamb chops, 1 inch thick

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 4oo degrees.
  • 2 cut scallions diagonally into 2-inch pieces.
  • 3 whisk remaining ingredients except lamb in a large bowl add scallions and lamb, turning lamb to coat.
  • 4 arrange lamb in 1 layer in shallow baking dish. spoon remaining sauce with scallions over lamb and roast 15-20 minutes.
  • 5 turn on broiler and broil lamb 5-6 inches from heat until top is slightly caramelized, 2-5 minutes. let stand, uncovered, 5 minutes.
  • 6 serve lamb topped with pan juices.
