Italian Lamb Patties

Ingredients

- 50 g fresh breadcrumbs
- 500 g lamb mince
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 lemon, zest of
- low-fat cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 place breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl and moisten with 2 tablespoons cold water, add mince, parmesan, parsley, garlic and lemon zest. season well and mix well. shape into 4 large flat patties.
- 2 heat a pan with low fat cooking spray and cook the patties for 7 mins per side until they have a golden crust and are cooked through.
