Kentucky Breakfast Soufflé

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces lamb sausage (mild or maple)
  • 9 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 slices bread (cut into 1/8-inch cubes or can be torn by hand into small pieces)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 brown sausage and drain. spread in a 9 x 13 x 2 pan.
  • 2 mix all other ingredients and spread over sausage. cover pan and refrigerate overnight.
  • 3 bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes to 1 hour (varies by oven).
