Kettle Bacon

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 lbs bacon, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • as req black pepper, ground

Recipe

  • 1 place your cooking vessel on the heat source.
  • 2 seperate bacon slices and drop slice by slice into the vessel.
  • 3 add butter ( please use butter not substitute stuff, it is needed for the flavor ).
  • 4 sprinkle ground black pepper over the bacon while stirrring.
  • 5 cook over low to medium heat stirring very often with a wooden spoon .
  • 6 remove bacon pieces with tongs as they become crisp and place on toweling to drain.
  • 7 serve while still warm.
  • 8 options:.
  • 9 lemon pepper can be used in place of black pepper.
  • 10 add a dash of cayenne pepper while cooking to add some zing.
