Korean Marinade

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons gingerroot, peeled and minced
  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste with garlic (sriarcha)
  • 1/4 cup sake or 1/4 cup sherry wine

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a jar; shake well.
  • 2 makes enough to marinate 2-3 lbs of beef, lamb, chicken or fish (tuna or salmon).
