Manuel's Crock Pot Lamb Chops And Potatoes In Mustard Sauce

Total Time: 8 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • 6 -8 boneless lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup country dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 potatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion

Recipe

  • 1 in skillet, brown lamb chops on both sides in hot oil.
  • 2 drain fat.
  • 3 in your crock pot, mix soup, chicken broth, mustard, thyme, garlic, and pepper.
  • 4 add potatoes and onion, stirring to coat.
  • 5 place browned lamb chops on tops of potato mixture.
  • 6 cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours.
  • 7 serve with salad or side dish of your choice.( i place some of the sauce on top of the lamb chops when i served these).
