Manuel's Crock Pot Lamb Chops And Potatoes In Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 -8 boneless lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup country dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion
Recipe
- 1 in skillet, brown lamb chops on both sides in hot oil.
- 2 drain fat.
- 3 in your crock pot, mix soup, chicken broth, mustard, thyme, garlic, and pepper.
- 4 add potatoes and onion, stirring to coat.
- 5 place browned lamb chops on tops of potato mixture.
- 6 cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours.
- 7 serve with salad or side dish of your choice.( i place some of the sauce on top of the lamb chops when i served these).
