Maple Lamb

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons molasses
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 lb lean lamb, fat trimmed off (3 pieces of loin)

Recipe
- 1 combine first 9 ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- 2 transfer to a ziploc bag, and marinate lamb overnight.
- 3 drain lamb, salt to taste, and barbecue until done (about 5-6 minutes per side). serve.
