Maple Mustard Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest (i made it 1 tsp.)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 lamb loin chops (1 1/4-inch thick)
Recipe
- 1 combine first 7 ingredients.
- 2 add lamb.
- 3 cover and marinate at room temperature 1 hour or refrigerate up to 8 hours, turning occasionally.
- 4 broil or barbecue meat, turning once, 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- 5 brush often with marinade.
