Maple Mustard Lamb Chops

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest (i made it 1 tsp.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 lamb loin chops (1 1/4-inch thick)

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 7 ingredients.
  • 2 add lamb.
  • 3 cover and marinate at room temperature 1 hour or refrigerate up to 8 hours, turning occasionally.
  • 4 broil or barbecue meat, turning once, 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  • 5 brush often with marinade.
