Maple Pecan Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 frozen boneless lamb loin chops, thawed (recommends schwan's chops)
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
Recipe
- 1 saute lamb chops in oil over medium high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side. add onion and cook an additional 4-6 minutes.
- 2 mix together syrup, soy sauce, pecans, sage and pour over chops.
- 3 bring to a boil. reduce heat to low and simmer 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4 place cooked lamb chops on top of hot prepared potatoes. drizzle with sweet soy sauce and serve.
