Maple Pecan Lamb Chops

Total Time: 21 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 16 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 frozen boneless lamb loin chops, thawed (recommends schwan's chops)
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage

Recipe

  • 1 saute lamb chops in oil over medium high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side. add onion and cook an additional 4-6 minutes.
  • 2 mix together syrup, soy sauce, pecans, sage and pour over chops.
  • 3 bring to a boil. reduce heat to low and simmer 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 4 place cooked lamb chops on top of hot prepared potatoes. drizzle with sweet soy sauce and serve.
