Meatballs For Spaghetti Sauce

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1/2 lb italian sausage, hot or mild
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together.
  • 2 form meat mixture into balls.
  • 3 bake for 30 minutes at 350.
  • 4 simmer in spaghetti sauce for minimum of 30 minutes.
