Meatballs In Beer

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, grated
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 slices dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 brown onion in butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • 2 mix lamb, beef and dry bread rolled into crumbs.
  • 3 combine with onions.
