Meatloaf Burgers With Tangy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3/4 lb ground lamb
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, mix all the meatloaf ingredients together.
