Ingredients
- 6 lamb chops (choose nice meaty ones)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/3 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 -3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup honey
Recipe
- 1 trim fat from chops.
- 2 place lamb chops in shallow dish.
- 3 pour over marinade.
- 4 refridgerate for several hours or overnight.
- 5 bbq chops, brushing with marinade, until chops are tender.
