Ingredients

- 6 lamb loin chops
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup creme de menthe
Recipe
- 1 grease the inside of a pan by rubbing fat edge of a lamb chop over it.
- 2 brown chops over high heat 4-5 minutes on each side.
- 3 drain excess fat.
- 4 season with salt and pepper.
- 5 add soy sauce and creme de menthe to pan.
- 6 stir to blend flavor and spoon over chops.
