Minted Lamb Chops

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 lamb loin chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup creme de menthe

Recipe

  • 1 grease the inside of a pan by rubbing fat edge of a lamb chop over it.
  • 2 brown chops over high heat 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • 3 drain excess fat.
  • 4 season with salt and pepper.
  • 5 add soy sauce and creme de menthe to pan.
  • 6 stir to blend flavor and spoon over chops.
