Pepperoni Bread

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • oregano
  • parsley
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 4 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (i would not use grands)
  • 1/2 lb pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 melt margarine in bundt pan.
  • 2 sprinkle oregano, parsley, pinch of garlic powder, and chopped onion into margarine.
  • 3 tip to coat bundt pan with this mixture.
  • 4 cut each biscuit into fourths.
  • 5 layer about half the biscuits in pan.
  • 6 layer half the pepperoni, cheeses and rest of onion over biscuits.
  • 7 repeat with remaining biscuits, pepperoni, and cheeses.
  • 8 bake at 350' for 30-35 minutes.
  • 9 let cool for 5 minutes them remove from pan.
  • 10 this can be made ahead and reheated in the oven wrapped in foil.
