Pepperoni Bread

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 6 tablespoons margarine
- oregano
- parsley
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 4 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (i would not use grands)
- 1/2 lb pepperoni, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 melt margarine in bundt pan.
- 2 sprinkle oregano, parsley, pinch of garlic powder, and chopped onion into margarine.
- 3 tip to coat bundt pan with this mixture.
- 4 cut each biscuit into fourths.
- 5 layer about half the biscuits in pan.
- 6 layer half the pepperoni, cheeses and rest of onion over biscuits.
- 7 repeat with remaining biscuits, pepperoni, and cheeses.
- 8 bake at 350' for 30-35 minutes.
- 9 let cool for 5 minutes them remove from pan.
- 10 this can be made ahead and reheated in the oven wrapped in foil.
