Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lamb chop, chopped fine
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 g salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 add a small amount of oil into saucepan and brown the chopped lamb.
- 2 add the water and simmer 10-15 minutes.
- 3 add corn, salt and pepper and simmer 10 minutes longer.
- 4 remove from heat and gently stir in the beaten egg.
- 5 serve piping hot.
