Corn Flower Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lamb chop, chopped fine
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 g salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 add a small amount of oil into saucepan and brown the chopped lamb.
  • 2 add the water and simmer 10-15 minutes.
  • 3 add corn, salt and pepper and simmer 10 minutes longer.
  • 4 remove from heat and gently stir in the beaten egg.
  • 5 serve piping hot.
