Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lamb rib rack
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon plain salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut ribs into serving size pieces.
- 2 place on cookie sheet in single layer.
- 3 sprinkle spices and lemon juice on top.
- 4 turn over and repeat the process.
- 5 bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- 6 turn ribs.
- 7 cook another 20 minutes or until nicely done.
