Ingredients

- 1/2 cup honey mustard and herb marinade
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 lamb racks, each with 4 chops or 8 lamb cutlets
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200.c.
- 2 combine marinade with breadcrumbs and mix well.
- 3 press mixture evenly onto lamb racks and roast lamb racks for 30-45 mins depending on cooking preference.
- 4 rest for 10 mins before serving.
