Herbed & Crumbed Lamb Racks Or Cutlets

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard and herb marinade
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 lamb racks, each with 4 chops or 8 lamb cutlets

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200.c.
  • 2 combine marinade with breadcrumbs and mix well.
  • 3 press mixture evenly onto lamb racks and roast lamb racks for 30-45 mins depending on cooking preference.
  • 4 rest for 10 mins before serving.
