Italian Style Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- pepper
- 1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425.
- 2 mix all ingredients by hand, careful not to overmix or make meat too dense.
- 3 form into walnut sized balls and place onto cookie sheet.
- 4 bake 10-12 minutes till done.
- 5 drop into spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
