Lemon Lamb Chops-pressure Cooker

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 20 lamb chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 20 slices lemons
  • 4 onions, cut into rings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 heat cooker, add oil and brown chops.
  • 2 top each chop with a lemon slice.
  • 3 add onions, salt and pepper.
  • 4 combine ketchup and water, pour over chops.
  • 5 close cover securely.
