Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs lean beef
- 1 lb italian lamb sausage
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- salt
- pepper
- parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, place meat and rub garlic into it. press meat down into sides of bowl and add: salt, pepper, parsley, 2 eggs, water. sprinkle parmesan cheese and then breadcrumbs. fold mixture together.
- 2 bake on lightly greased sheet at 350 for 30+ minutes and then put in sauce to continue to cook. the longer they cook in sauce, the better the sauce.
