Meatballs

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs lean beef
  • 1 lb italian lamb sausage
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, place meat and rub garlic into it. press meat down into sides of bowl and add: salt, pepper, parsley, 2 eggs, water. sprinkle parmesan cheese and then breadcrumbs. fold mixture together.
  • 2 bake on lightly greased sheet at 350 for 30+ minutes and then put in sauce to continue to cook. the longer they cook in sauce, the better the sauce.
