Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb sirloin, ground
  • 1/2 lb lamb, ground
  • 1/2 lb turkey or 1/2 lb venison, ground
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, diced, fresh (or canned)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, italian
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground (fresh is best)
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine all ingredients. form into a meatloaf.
  • 2 wrap in foil or freezer paper & freeze if saving for later.
  • 3 defrost.
  • 4 bake at 350 for 1 hour or until meat is done.
