Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb sirloin, ground
- 1/2 lb lamb, ground
- 1/2 lb turkey or 1/2 lb venison, ground
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup tomato, diced, fresh (or canned)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, italian
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground (fresh is best)
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine all ingredients. form into a meatloaf.
- 2 wrap in foil or freezer paper & freeze if saving for later.
- 3 defrost.
- 4 bake at 350 for 1 hour or until meat is done.
