Hash Brown Cakes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ham, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (20 ounce) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

Recipe

  • 1 combine ham, green onion, flour, salt and hash browns well.
  • 2 add the 2 eggs and toss together.
  • 3 scoop mixture by 1/4-cupfuls into 1 tbsp oil per batch in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat; flatten slightly and cook 5 minutes on each side until browned.
