Minced Lamb Noodles (negi To Buta-niku No Itame)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 200 g ground lamb
  • 4 fresh shiitake mushrooms, stalks removed, finely chopped
  • 8 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sake
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
  • 2 add the lamb and chopped mushrooms.
  • 3 stir-fry for 5 minutes before adding the spring onions.
  • 4 add the sake and soy sauce to the work.
  • 5 stir well, then serve over noodles or rice.
