Marinade For Lamb Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 -2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients.
  • 2 marinade meat from one hour to overnight or freeze tenderloins in it.
  • 3 boil remaining marinade until it thickens and use as a sauce.
