- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 -2 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons rosemary
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients.
- 2 marinade meat from one hour to overnight or freeze tenderloins in it.
- 3 boil remaining marinade until it thickens and use as a sauce.
