Maple Glazed Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 lamb chops, 3/4 inch thick bone in
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 4 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle both sides of chops with salt and pepper.
- 2 broil 4-6 inches from heat 5 minutes on each side.
- 3 mix remaining glaze ingredients and reserve half for table.
- 4 brush with glaze.
- 5 broil additional 4 minutes on each side, brushing with glaze often.
- 6 let rest a few minutes before serving.
