Maple Glazed Lamb Chops

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb chops, 3/4 inch thick bone in
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle both sides of chops with salt and pepper.
  • 2 broil 4-6 inches from heat 5 minutes on each side.
  • 3 mix remaining glaze ingredients and reserve half for table.
  • 4 brush with glaze.
  • 5 broil additional 4 minutes on each side, brushing with glaze often.
  • 6 let rest a few minutes before serving.
