Mediterranean Lamb Burgers

Ingredients
- 4 pita breads
- 2 lbs ground lamb
- 1 1/2 cups onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- dill pickle, sliced
- tomato, sliced
- red onion, sliced
Recipe
- 1 cut each pita bread in half, crosswise, to form a pocket. wrap pitas in foil and warm in a 300 degree oven while preparing burgers.
- 2 make sauce by combining yogurt, cucumber, and lemon juice to serve as a sauce.
