Ingredients

- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups leftover beef or 2 cups lamb or 2 cups chicken, cubed
- salt and pepper, to taste
- vegetable oil
- butter
Recipe
- 1 heat 2 tsp butter in skillet.
- 2 add onion and fry until soft.
- 3 remove.
- 4 heat 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons oil in same skillet.
- 5 add potatoes.
- 6 fry on medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.
- 7 turn down heat.
- 8 add cooked onion and leftover meat of your choice.
- 9 heat until warmed through.
