Hash

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups leftover beef or 2 cups lamb or 2 cups chicken, cubed
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • vegetable oil
  • butter

Recipe

  • 1 heat 2 tsp butter in skillet.
  • 2 add onion and fry until soft.
  • 3 remove.
  • 4 heat 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons oil in same skillet.
  • 5 add potatoes.
  • 6 fry on medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.
  • 7 turn down heat.
  • 8 add cooked onion and leftover meat of your choice.
  • 9 heat until warmed through.
