Hungarian Paprika Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 24 ounces lamb loin chops
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- non-fat cooking spray (if using foreman grill)
Recipe
- 1 romove all visible fat from the chops.
- 2 combine the paprika, salt, pepper, ginger, garlic powder, and mustard.
- 3 rub onto all sides of each chop.
- 4 coat the grill (if foreman) with cooking spray. preheat the grill for 5 minutes.
- 5 grill the chops for 5-6 minutes.
