Hungarian Paprika Lamb Chops

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 24 ounces lamb loin chops
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • non-fat cooking spray (if using foreman grill)

Recipe

  • 1 romove all visible fat from the chops.
  • 2 combine the paprika, salt, pepper, ginger, garlic powder, and mustard.
  • 3 rub onto all sides of each chop.
  • 4 coat the grill (if foreman) with cooking spray. preheat the grill for 5 minutes.
  • 5 grill the chops for 5-6 minutes.
