Old Fashioned Baked Beans

Total Time: 7 hrs 45 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 7 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb beans
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • hot water, as needed
  • 1/4 lb bacon or 1/4 lb salt lamb, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 pick and rinse beans.
