Peaches Flambees

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 peaches, skinned, halved and stoned
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brandy

Recipe

  • 1 fill the half peaches with butter and brown sugar, place in an oven proof dish, cover and cook in a moderate oven for 15 minutes.
  • 2 just before serving heat the brandy in a saucepan and pour over the peaches.
  • 3 light with a match, and present to your guests whilst still alight.
