Mrs. Neidermeyer's Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 6 lamb chops
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 mix flour, paprika and garlic, celery and seasoned salt together and coat lamb chops.
- 2 brown lamb chops in large frying pan.
- 3 mix water, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce together and add to frying pan.
- 4 cover and simmer for 40 minutes or until lamb chops are tender.
