Mrs. Neidermeyer's Lamb Chops

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 6 lamb chops
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour, paprika and garlic, celery and seasoned salt together and coat lamb chops.
  • 2 brown lamb chops in large frying pan.
  • 3 mix water, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce together and add to frying pan.
  • 4 cover and simmer for 40 minutes or until lamb chops are tender.
