Lasagna With Turkey Sausage And Spinach

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb italian turkey sausage link
  • 16 ounces low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 dry lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 16 ounces shredded low fat mozzarella
  • 52 ounces pasta sauce (2+ jars)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 brown the sausage on the stovetop.
  • 3 drain off the fat.
  • 4 mix the eggs, the ricotta, and the parmesean cheese together until very blended.
  • 5 coat an 8x12 inch pan with spray.
  • 6 layer 4 noodles on the bottom of the pan.
  • 7 add 1/2 the cheese mix, 1/2 the spinach, 1/2 the sausage, 1/2 the shredded mozzarella, and 1/2 the pasta sauce in that order.
  • 8 add the next 4 noodles and repeat the layering process.
  • 9 cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through and bubbly.
