Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sesame oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed and minced finely
- 1/4 inch fresh ginger, grated
- black pepper
- chili pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a container.
- 2 use your choice of chicken, lamb, salmon, green squash, onions, mushrooms etc.
- 3 marinade for 2 or more hours.
- 4 and grill.
- 5 enjoy!
