Marinade For Grilled Meats And Or Veggies

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed and minced finely
  • 1/4 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • black pepper
  • chili pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in a container.
  • 2 use your choice of chicken, lamb, salmon, green squash, onions, mushrooms etc.
  • 3 marinade for 2 or more hours.
  • 4 and grill.
  • 5 enjoy!
