Moo Shu Lamb

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 boneless lamb loin chops, cut into thin strips
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce, sauce
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix, with carrots
  • flour tortilla, warmed

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine the cornstarch, water, soy sauce and ginger until blended; set aside. in a large skillet, saute lamb and garlic in oil for 3-5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
  • 2 stir cornstarch mixture and add to the skillet. bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. stir in stir fry sauce. add coleslaw mix; stir to coat. spoon about 1/2 cup lamb mixture into the center of each tortilla; roll up tightly.
