Citrus-marinated Lamb Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup grapefruit juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 lbs lamb tenderloin
Recipe
- 1 in shallow glass baking dish (or ziploc bag) stir together all ingredients except lamb.
- 2 add tenderloin(s); turn to coat all sides; refrigerate 1-3 hours to marinate turning occasionally.
- 3 heat grill; remove lamb from marinade and discard marinade.
- 4 place lamb on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4-6 inches from medium coals; cover grill.
- 5 grill 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once.
- 6 remove lamb from grill to platter, cover loosely with foil; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
