Mousse Di Mortadella

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 500 g mortadella
  • 1 teaspoon parmigiano, grated
  • 2/3 cup cream, for whipping

Recipe

  • 1 grind the mortadella and the cheese in a mortar or blender until it is reduced to a creamy consistency. whip your cream and gently fold it into the mortadella.
