Ingredients

• 1 onion (sliced thin)
• 1 lb lamb loin (cubed)
• 1 lb top sirloin beef (cubed)
• 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
• 1 lb hot italian sausage link
• salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
• beer (to cover)
• 1 onion (sliced thin)

Recipe

• 1 heat oven 350.
• 2 scatter onion in a sprayed 9x13.
• 3 layer on the lamb, beef, chicken and sausage. season. cover with beer. top with onion.
• 4 cover with foil. bake 1 hour.
• 5 uncover. turn oven up to 450. bake 30 minutes.
