- 1 lb lamb loin (cubed)
- 1 lb top sirloin beef (cubed)
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 lb hot italian sausage link
- salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- beer (to cover)
- 1 onion (sliced thin)
Recipe
- 1 heat oven 350.
- 2 scatter onion in a sprayed 9x13.
- 3 layer on the lamb, beef, chicken and sausage. season. cover with beer. top with onion.
- 4 cover with foil. bake 1 hour.
- 5 uncover. turn oven up to 450. bake 30 minutes.
