Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lean lamb
- 1 cup dried bread, crushed
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1/4 teaspoon savory
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 bay leaf
Recipe
- 1 mix all together.
- 2 bake covered 325* 1 1/2 hour.
- 3 remove bay leaf.
- 4 stir every 20 minutes or so.
- 5 store in small containers.
