Lemon Lamb Chops

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb loin chops or 4 lamb chops, about 3/4 inch thick
  • salt
  • 4 slices onions, thin
  • 4 slices lemons, thin
  • 4 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle both sides of lamb chops with salt.
  • 2 place them in an ungreased shallow baking pan.
  • 3 top each lamb chop with onion slice,lemon slice,1 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp ketcup.
  • 4 cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • 5 uncover and bake,spooning sauce onto lamb chops occasionally until done about 30 minutes longer.
