Italian Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs beef (or beef and lamb combination)
  • 6 slices bread, processed fine (i use italian style bread crumbs)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup catsup

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together as listed.
  • 2 put into glass pyrex casserole dish.
  • 3 mix topping ingredients together and spread over top of meat, covering completely.
  • 4 bake@ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
