Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 lb ground lamb
• 1/4 cup green pepper
• 1/4 cup diced onion
• 1 egg
• 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
• 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package meatloaf seasoning mix
• 3/4 cup ketchup
• 5 slices bacon

Recipe

• 1 mix meat, seasoning, green peppers, onion, egg, bread crumbs and 1/2 cup ketchup. form into loaf in 9x13 inch pan. spread 1/4 cup ketchup over top of the meat loaf and place 5 slices of bacon lengthwise on top of ketchup. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
