New Zealand Lamb Sauce

1/4 cup chopped mint leaf
boiling water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup malt vinegar
salt
Recipe
1 put mint into a jug. cover with boiling water and add sugar and vinegar. add salt to taste.
2 makes 1/2 cup.
