New Zealand Lamb Sauce

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped mint leaf
  • boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup malt vinegar
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 put mint into a jug. cover with boiling water and add sugar and vinegar. add salt to taste.
  • 2 makes 1/2 cup.
