Pepperoni Bread

Ingredients

- 1 lb frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 ounces pepperoni, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375º f.
- 2 lightly grease a baking sheet.
- 3 roll frozen bread dough out into a rectangle.
- 4 brush dough with beaten egg.
- 5 arrange pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese over the dough.
- 6 sprinkle on the italian seasoning.
- 7 roll up dough like a jellyroll and pinch seam to seal; place, seam side down, on prepared baking sheet.
- 8 bake for 40 minutes, or until golden.
