Meaty Nacho Dip

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb velveeta cheese
  • 12 ounces jimmy dean sausage
  • 10 ounces rotel mexican tomatoes

Recipe

  • 1 cut velveeta into small cubes.
  • 2 brown meat until fully cooked. should be very little grease.
  • 3 when meat is fully cooked slowly add cubes of velveeta, while stirring frequently.
  • 4 turn burner to medium/high.
  • 5 when velveeta is melted turn burner to medium/low.
  • 6 add rotel tomato mix. mix well.
