Ingredients

- 1 lb velveeta cheese
- 12 ounces jimmy dean sausage
- 10 ounces rotel mexican tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 cut velveeta into small cubes.
- 2 brown meat until fully cooked. should be very little grease.
- 3 when meat is fully cooked slowly add cubes of velveeta, while stirring frequently.
- 4 turn burner to medium/high.
- 5 when velveeta is melted turn burner to medium/low.
- 6 add rotel tomato mix. mix well.
